We offer a range of up to 6 Signature Australian Steaks including John Dee Gold Grain Fed from Warwick, Cape Grim from Tasmania and Rangers Valley Beef. Each steak cut is prepared so you get to enjoy one of Brisbane's best steaks in a beautiful environment.

We don't just offer steaks and Executive Chef, Matt Fosker offers a range including Besmoke entrees and mains from our Smoke house, Slow cooked Short ribs, Squid, Market fish and a wide range of salad creations. You can see the current menu by following the link. 

 

Our extensive Wine Room, established in 2004 provides Deery’s Restaurant patrons with over 100 wines to pair their meals with. 

With such a large selection to choose from, diners can experience rare wines from both Australia and around the world that are unavailable anywhere else in Brisbane.

Lunch 12.00pm - 3.00pm*
Dinner 6.00pm - 10.00pm*

 * on game days the kitchen is open all day and for Lions Home games at the Gabba the kitchen opens from 5pm.
